Jenny and Jason are a mother-son blogging team who write reviews on children’s nonfiction books. We also take book review requests, but they must be children’s nonfiction. Just make a comment below to request a book review.

About Jenny

Jenny Bailey has over 20 years of writing experience through her past employment positions as a research analyst, project coordinator, marketing manager, and retirement plan consultant. In 2005, she left the business world to be a full-time mother for her two sons, ages 7 and 10. She is currently writing a biography for young adults about a brave queen who fought for independence in the Indian Mutiny of 1857.

About Jason

Jason Bailey is a fifth grade student at Austin Parkway Elementary School. Jason’s favorite subjects are math and social studies. He received the All A’s and B’s Award in grades 2nd through 4th. Jason also was a member of Fort Bend Boy’s Choir in 2008 and 2009. In 2009, he participated in a city-wide Math Bash Contest where he was the only participant who received four ribbons: three second place and one third place.

Jason’s extracurricular activities include First Colony Gold Swim Team (2006 to 2009), and playing Farmville, Farm Town, and Fish Isle on Facebook.

Jason and Jenny reside in Missouri City, Texas (southwest of Houston).
